By accessing and using the Digital District portal operated by Congressman Cheeno Almario's office, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Services

Our platform provides various government assistance services and information to residents of the 2nd District of Cavite, including:

  • Assistance request management and tracking
  • Access to government programs and services
  • Profile management and document submission
  • Notifications and updates about assistance requests
  • Information about available government services

Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be a resident of the 2nd District of Cavite, Philippines
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Account and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Congressman Cheeno Almario's office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
